Braive is an online mental health service. We offer e-learning programs which makes it possible for users to begin their mental skill training and self-treatment on their own. These programs offer tools and strategies to help the user better manage their specific challenges. The increasing gap between the need for help and society’s ability to meet this need, motivated Braive to develop an efficient and available self-help alternative. Braive's founder, Chief Psychologist Henrik Haaland Jahren, has used eTherapy as an additional treatment resource to traditional therapy, since 2010. Braive aims to continuously improve on our personalized programs to help people overcome their challenges, wherever they are in the world. Visit us on braive.com.

I love that hedgehog
Good information, I have always found exercise helps my mood, noticed this since I was a child. Interestingly Linda Ronstead in a long ago interview said she needed to run when she was touring to stay positive and avoid drugs.

That sensation...it's irreplacable, i defently want that pure istinct if i want to survived in an Extreme situation. All this changes in our body...when you feel scaree, Remember what Is happening insider of you and Gain and advantage.
No cure for it
It's not a bad thing
@@LatvianGambit It is for when someone is giving a presentation or at a job interview.
@@RoyHoy The trait was evolved back when we didn't have job interviews. And also, I have never heard of anyone assaulting their interviewer or running away. Freezing is just because of stress
@@LatvianGambit The "fight flight freeze" response causes uncontrollable trembling, shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, and tunnel vision. Did you not watch the video? Imagine experiencing these symptoms while at a job interview.
@@RoyHoy Those are symptoms paired with the actual fight flight or freeze
Adrenaline hit DIFFERENT when the coat in the dark room looks like a person
Well with me when I hear gun shots I take off running I don't just freeze I react quickly.
If you have high anxiety like me Do these 3 things it helps me a lot: 1. Your Mind must be rational. 2. Your Breath: Double inhale and exhale slowly. 3. Observe the Person that u feel anxiety from by project ur attention outward. The easy is body language the hardest is their facial expression. Repeat the step 2-3 time.
Why not think? I think it puts you into a state to think and solve problem. You make people think that anxiety is bad and then give people sedatives but also give people adderal. Fight, flight, and freeze are possible solutions that you thought of. Those are also simple tasks and not complex tasks that humans can do. animals don't have tools for example. It could be a open the door response. it could cause a eureka response moment where you get a flash of brilliance. They all have a latent period, running, fighting, freezing. The latent period depends upon how simple the task is and how ingrained the pathway for the motor pattern is. I've never seen a baby run away, or fight really only cry. I've seen baby animals run right away. It's stupid to say fight or flight and not think because then what do you have a big brain for? Why wouldn't it be a quickly think of something response?

Watrrss Problem
is that minecraft
I feel like if i see a predator on the day i wuold act fast and try to get on a safe position if it's not worth to fight but if it's worth to fight then I'll either try to scare him or fight, on night i wuold freeze to understand wtf it is and what should i do fight get on a sate position or assert dominance or scare him. Running is dumb since we are slow and can be outrun by most animals, if he immediately starts to fight on night i will be forced to act fast and fight or maybe try to keep distance.
Why did you use the minecraft trailer music?
don't forget about adrenaline
The freeze response is preparation for death. Fight and flight are super beneficial but the freeze response is a slow fibromyalgialgic body wide dysfunction shutdown
Can't avoid the pain so you supplement it

I recommend to each & everyone and have personally experienced & cured from this 7 days therapy of surah 'Al-rahman'. I used to face multiple health issues like stress, anxiety, overthinking ,negative thinking, insomnia & indigestion . But this therapy has today made me a new person all together, full of hope, enthusiasm, zest , positive thinking & to a top of it a better understanding human . HOW TO LISTEN: Close your eyes and imagine yourself in presence of GOD and listen surah "Al-rahman" in the voice of qari abdul basit with great concentration & focus . When the recitation ends , open eyes , take half a glass of water. Again close your eyes and say NAME OF GOD thrice in your heart & drink water in 3 sips. Take water this way every time after listening to the recitation. Believe me it is true.Plz do this therapy atleast once.

Tinnitus, hyperacusis as result of long term stress and anxiety. This vid helps to understand the condition
I experienced this when I saw my crush talking to the stereotypical “Chad” then he grabbed her by the waist and told her let’s go.
For years I suffered from severe anxiety and was on many different medications that did not help much, then I started taking ashwaganda and my stress levels went down 70-80%. The change has been so drastic, I am not the same person now and sometimes I almost forget how life was before it. Maybe sharing this will help someone.
